John Cahaly
John Cahaly is President and CEO of Eze Castle Integration, the leading provider of technology and IT services to the investment industry. Eze Castle serves over 500 hedge fund and investment management clients and has 8 offices across the US and London. Under Cahaly’s management, Eze Castle has solidified its leadership in the investment-management industry, establishing an enviable track record of revenue growth and customer retention. In 2008 the company was recognized as one of the top technology service providers to the financial industry by Financial Insights and received the FINTech 100 Award. Cahaly serves on the board of BNY ConvergEx as well as Pivot, Inc. Prior to co-founding Eze Castle, Cahaly worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for nine years holding various engineering positions including a senior member of Digital's Windows NT technical marketing group. Cahaly attended Northeastern University's computer engineering program.

Bill Carson
Bill Carson is a Managing Director at Hudson Ventures, a New York based private equity firm with over $170 million in capital under management. Mr. Carson focuses on investing in early stage technology companies that are looking to expand. He has a particular interest in enterprise software, wireless, security and financial services type investments. Mr. Carson represents Hudson on the Board of Directors of Integral Development Corp., Scanbuy, and Pivot, Inc. and was responsible for Hudson’s investment in Guardent before it was sold to Verisign. Prior to joining Hudson Ventures in 2002, Mr. Carson was head of Citigroup's Strategic Investment Group, co-founded Citigroup's Technology Investment Fund, served on the Investment Committee for the Smith Barney Opportunity Fund and was a member of the corporation's Internet Operating Group. Some of Mr. Carson's investments have included: Openwave, Netro, WebTV, Micromuse, Quinta, Xaqti, 724 Solutions and Transpoint. In addition to his private equity experience, Mr. Carson previously led Citigroup's internal M&A group and held various other positions within Citigroup's Corporate Bank. Mr. Carson has undergraduate degrees in both Engineering and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

John H. Eley
John is the Chief Executive Officer of Pivot, responsible for the overall management, operation, and strategic direction of the company. A 20-year veteran of the financial services and financial technology industries, John recently has focused on companies that improve market structure or trading efficiency in a variety of asset classes. Beginning in 2002, he served as President and CEO of Hotspot FX, Inc., the leading online foreign exchange marketplace. The company was acquired by Knight Capital Group in 2006. Previously, John was the CFO of OnExchange, a futures industry software provider, and worked in a variety of senior positions with Cantor Fitzgerald/eSpeed and Citibank. John serves as an outside board member and/or advisor to several private companies and is a guest lecturer at the Columbia University School of Business.

Sean McLaughlin
Sean P. McLaughlin founded the Eze Castle family of companies which provide technology solutions to investment professionals. McLaughlin spent ten years as Chairman and CEO of Eze Castle Software, an industry-recognized leader in the business of order management, portfolio construction, and investment compliance tools. In 2006, Eze Castle Software joined BNY ConvergEx Group, for which Sean now serves on the board. He also serves on the board of Eze Castle Integration and Pivot Solutions. In 2005, Sean was selected as a White House Fellow, and he spent one year working as a high-level advisor to the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service through this prestigious leadership and public service program. Sean has recently started a personal investment company, Hurdle Rate Capital, and continues to serve his community through the Camel Needle-eye Corporation, a 501(c)(3) organization he founded with the purpose of educating the public on agricultural issues. McLaughlin was named a winner in the Ernst and Young Software Entrepreneur of the Year in 2004. In addition, he was named one of "Boston Business Journal's 2004, 40 under 40" representing Boston's next generation of business leaders and innovators. Other awards include, ranking #81 and #142 in Inc 500 fastest growing private companies in 2002 and 2003 respectively. He received the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award in 2001, Deloitte and Touche New England Fast 50 company award in 2000, and Deloitte and Touche Fast 500 Company, in 2000. Sean is a former Air Force reservist and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Harvard University.

Steven J. Murray
Mr. Murray joined SoftBank Capital in 1997 and has over 14 years of experience in managing investments, mergers and acquisitions, finance and accounting for growth orientated technology companies. In addition to his investment sourcing, evaluating and management responsibilities within SB Capital, he is also the CFO for the SoftBank group that manages substantially all of SoftBank's global activities outside of Japan. This role has allowed Mr. Murray to develop long standing and valuable relationships within SoftBank's management and operations that assists in facilitating deal sourcing from Asia as well as unique due diligence for potential investments. Mr. Murray has been the principal executive responsible for several billion dollars of complex structured transactions and monetization strategies to maximize investment value during his tenure at SoftBank. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Accounting from Boston College.

Daniel ("Danny") Schultz
Danny Schultz is a Co-founder and Managing Director of DFJ Gotham Ventures, a leading early-stage venture firm based in New York. For over two decades Mr. Schultz has invested in and financed start-ups and public companies across the technology, media and communications landscape. Prior to co-founding DFJ Gotham, he was a senior banker with Lehman Brothers in both New York and London, where he ran the firm’s equity private placement business. Mr. Schultz currently focuses on investing in technology companies in the financial services, digital media, network infrastructure and mobile technology sectors. He sits on the board of Pivot, Inc., Magnolia Broadband, ViVOtech and Worktopia, and prior to their acquisition, XOsoft (acquired by CA) and Massive (acquired by Microsoft). Mr. Schultz has also invested successfully in SMARTS (acquired by EMC), Insulair (acquired by Georgia Pacific) and Active Impulse Systems (acquired by Phillips). He sits on the board of the Venture Industry Association of New York and is an advisor to the NYC Seed Investment Fund and Yissum, the technology transfer unit of The Hebrew University (Jerusalem). Danny is a graduate of Columbia University, a native New Yorker and can frequently be found around 10pm somewhere in Westchester playing ice hockey.

Robert Warshaw, Chairman
Robert Warshaw has over 25 years of experience in directing strategic initiatives and utilizing technology to change the way businesses operate. Mr. Warshaw currently serves as a Managing Director and Head of Global Equities at Tradeweb, LLC and serves as Director and CEO of OptiMark Holdings, Inc. He served as CEO of Teliris, a leading provider of telepresence solutions, during 2004 and 2005, served as interim CEO of Pivot, Inc. during 2007 and served as a board member and COO of Sermo, Inc. in 2007 and 2008. As part of his role with OptiMark, he also served as the CEO for Vie Financial Group, a broker-dealer providing anonymous, low impact electronic trading for financial institutions. Prior to OptiMark, Mr. Warshaw was a Director and CIO at Lazard for six years with responsibility for all technology and administrative services in the United States, as well as global technology for Lazard's asset management business. Before Lazard, Mr. Warshaw was a Partner at McKinsey & Co. His focus at McKinsey was helping large financial services and technology firms to adapt their structure and processes to be cost effective, innovative and able to deliver new capabilities. Mr. Warshaw began his career at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) where he led both domestic and international strategy and large systems integration projects. Mr. Warshaw has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MM from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
